ABOUT TRILBY
I was born in South Africa and had a very nomadic childhood whilst growing up. This continued into my early adulthood, highlighted by a major move to Germany and then Switzerland. Two decades later, I today live in New Zealand and consider myself a citizen of the world.
I grew up learning the art of detachment, adaptability and to be self-reliant. I observed and experienced racism, judgement and exclusion from a very early age, on an individual and socio-cultural level. I was also touched by the magic of Africa, which sparked a deep love of Nature and wide open spaces and rhythm deep within me. I am blessed to have lived in so many amazing parts of the world and my intention is to continually broaden my horizons through even more travelling.
I was an avid questioner and my quest for understand the meaning of life began at a very early age. A keen and sensitive observer, I was quickly bored and bruised by the mundaness of "normal" life. This motivated me to seek out answers and I was generously allowed to explore different spiritual philosophies and natural healing and meditation was a normal thing for me. I went on to do further studies and was always drawn to the Holistic Therapies.
Today, I have many years of professional and personal experience in Reiki, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Meta-Coaching, DNA Activation, Massage and Energy Bodywork, Meditation, Oneness Blessing and more recently Facial Radiance. I am a teacher of Usui Reiki Levels, the Access BARS, Meditation, Body Awareness and have just recently started holding personal and stand alone Energy Readings. I am the Founder and Well-Being Facilitator at BE YU Well-Being, which began in 2010.
I work in and from New Zealand, presenting and using my multitude of skills and talents in cognitive methodologies and energy and bodywork techniques. Most sessions are also available via Email, Phone or Skype, either French or English.
It is my joy and motivation to support and challenge you in having an authentic relationship with YOU! I have a knack of getting straight to the core issue and use tools to dissipate any limitations on all levels. I facilitate you and your body in stepping into and claiming your authentic empowerment and greatness. Quite simply, to BE YOU 100%!
